in All Articles,Cars and auto

I’m a techie. I like things that beep and blink. But while looking at cars, there’s something primal that kicks in. It comes from the same place as Tim Allen’s grunting “tool man” act or perhaps from a leftover childhood fascination with speed and power.

I couldn’t help stopping to take a look at these. (Click on the links for extended stats and info.)

Porsche Carrera GT

HP: 605
Torque: 437 lb-ft

Mayback 62 and Maybach 57

HP: 543
Torque: 664 lb-ft

Check out the interior on this baby as it sets new luxury standards with the “reclining back seats and watching DVD” crowds. Picture on left is the 62 and the glamour shot on the right is the 57.

Aston-Martin Vanquish v12

HP: 520
Torque: 425 lb-ft

Somewhere, James Bond is drooling.
