Question:
My question is regarding cell phones and their associated chargers.
Just for the sake of argument, let’s assume I leave my cell phone on the charger for 12 hours every day. And every day it only takes 3 hours to charge the battery in the cell phone. Am I doing anything long term that will shorten the life of the cell phone battery or the cell phone itself?

I am converting music (my old “Dixieland” jazz band) from cassette tape to cd using Audacity 1.2.6. It is going well until I burn the exported wav file using Express Burn Plus 4.26.

The below is a portion of a press release from Verizon about a new offering: the Verizon Wireless Smartphone Resource Center. One problem with smartphones is that, unless you’re a big tech geek, the devices are hard to figure out. Heck, they’re hard to figure out for the geeks sometimes, too. Hopefully, resources like this will give users access to smartphone tech support that’s better than just a level one support center (which handles simple requests, but often can’t provide phone-specific help).
