Are you aware of any high speed dubbing equipment out there that will allow me to copy from vhs to dvd? Something similiar to the way you can high speed dub audio tapes.

Answer:

Sorry, no. I’ve had that question before, and after briefly searching, I wasn’t able to find anything. Not to say it doesn’t exist, but all the recorders I’ve seen require that the VHS player play at normal speed. Speeding it up for dubbing would greatly degrade quality. Too much so that I’m guessing that’s why these types of dubs aren’t available.
