I started to remove them and a screen comes up and says it might harm a bunch of other programs. Can I go ahead and remove them?? A friend helped me to uninstall and replace the system with XP. Then I learned to work Image for DOS, there I have two hard drives which work together, and it works 10 times faster and more efficiently. Also I have repeated problems with updates for XP, which slow the computer down and seem to clog it up and all I need to do is restore the earlier image which worked really well. Now I am not sure how important the updates are, or what they are really for, or are supposed to do, because they do the opposite of making things better!
