Confirming months of speculation, it looks like Apple is finally coming into the Verizon fold, starting with the iPad. Details are below in Verizon’s press release.
For those with cellphones… for those with computers… for those who use computer and cellphones to communicate on Verizon’s network, you’ll be very interested in this press release: Verizon is cranking network access speeds in certain areas to 4G. Some technical detail is below, but the short story is this: “The speeds are significantly faster than Verizon Wireless and other wireless providers’ current or promised 3G network speeds.”
