Question:

Today on Fox News web site was an article about vulnerability to hackers of many free wi-fi internet systems that put travelers on vacation at risk when they use their computer on these systems. Since I’ll be doing that to log in to my home computer, I’m wondering if there are any security measures I can implement when using my laptop on vacation when logging in to my office from hotels, etc.?

Cellphone antenna booster sticker ads

I was just reading your article on the cell phone boost signal stickers which was very informative and only added to my thoughts that these things couldn’t possibly work. I want to thank you for finally PROVING it. Also, I thought you would like to know that at the bottom of your page there are ads from google…. I’m sure you know the ads are there but the interesting thing is that if you click one of them called *********.com and then and then click their link to **************.com they are selling the product that you just debunked. I just found it amusing that a product that you loathe is unintentionally being advertised by you. I know you didn’t choose to advertise for them or use them but they are USING you!!! Linksys and Internet connection disconnecting, needs constant rebooting

Question:

Our Linksys system is constantly going in and out and losing connection. We’ll have to restart it nearly every hour, every day. The Comcast High Speed Internet folks have talked us through restarting everything, checking connection, and have even come out and re-wired the cable cords out of the modem. But the problem persists.
