CD won’t burn in CD burner

Question:

I have used the instructions provided on your convert-cassette-to-cd pages and have material on my computer but my attempts to transfer to a cd regularly tells me that there is material to write to the cd but refused to do so. I am told that I need to insert a cd although I have a blank, formatted cd in the drive.

Will charging a cellphone too long hurt the battery?

Question:

My question is regarding cell phones and their associated chargers.

Just for the sake of argument, let’s assume I leave my cell phone on the charger for 12 hours every day. And every day it only takes 3 hours to charge the battery in the cell phone. Am I doing anything long term that will shorten the life of the cell phone battery or the cell phone itself?
