Question:

I have a friend whose daughter purchased a 32GB iPod touch and it has slowed down their computer tremendously. My son would like to get the 16 GB iPod touch and I can’t seem to get a consistent answer from the Apple people about how it would affect our computer. My daughter has a 4GB nano and my son has a 16GB nano also. They share an iTunes account. Do you know anything that can help me? Is it needing a ton of hard drive space to just save all the downloads from i-tunes? Or is the issue something else?

I have been trying to find out why a friend’s 2002 IBM Windows XP PC keeps turning itself on and off unattended. This behavior has been continuing for many years since shortly after they bought it. So I recently decided to take a look at it for them.

Summary

I had been using the AT&T (SBC) services for both phone and Internet. But since the Internet was slow (DSL with no speed upgrades available for my area), I upgraded to Comcast phone/Internet since cable Internet speeds are so much better.

Question: 

After recording an album with Audacity, how can you transfer it to My Music, or iTunes?  And, also, how can I get into the album I copied into the edit mode to cut out some songs or parts?
