Question:

I cannot get into PayPal I haven’t used them in years and my e-mail address has changed. How do I contact them?

Answer:

Even if your email address is different now, you can still log on to PayPal with your old email address, and then change that address after you’ve logged in.

And if you’ve forgotten your PayPal password? 

Go to PayPal’s website.

Below the Account login area, you’ll see a couple links. The text says “Forgot your email address or password?” Click on whichever link is appropriate.

If your account is very old, or PayPal doesn’t seem to have a record of your old account, just sign up for a new PayPal account.
