Perhaps not surprisingly, I received the same email myself yesterday.

Ignore. It’s a scam. The links in the email do NOT take you to PayPal’s servers.

A good rule of thumb: if you don’t know who sent it, and it references something you didn’t order, just ignore these types of emails.
