That message is something you may get every once in a while. It’s an indicator that something happened between your PC, your mail server, and the mail server of the person you were sending to.

If this happens to you sporadically, I wouldn’t worry about it. Delays in email are as inevitable as delays in postal mail: they’re rare, but we’re not surprised when they happen.

What will happen based on the error message you got is this: Your email server will attempt to re-send the email. Typically this will happen within a few minutes or hours.
